I am a power lifter/body builder and have used every pre-workout in the book from ACG3 to Jack3d to C4 to 1MR. Some of them were good, but most of them gave me that jittery feeling and tingly sensation because of the overload of caffeine in them. A lot of times they would keep me up all night. Other times they would get me motivated before my workout then make me crash right before I even started my lift. Since coming across Energize, the pre-workout from Beachbody’s Performance Line, I have felt more energy and have had better endurance than ever before. I have also noticed that it has helped me build more muscle because I am able to last longer in my workouts, and am able to utilize my muscles better because of increased energy. Energize has also helped me with better recovery during rest time. I love doing the 3 Day Refresh coming off of a week of vacation or holiday. It helps me get back on track and erases any weight I may have gained during that time. It’s nice to know that when life gets hectic that I always have the 3 Day Refresh to fall back on. I also love using the 3 Day Refresh as a way to kickstart a program or a fresh new month! I always feel the best after those three days, its like I’m a brand new person!

I’ve tried many programs over the last 25 years, and the portion control program coupled with Shakeology is the best I’ve ever found. I’ve consistently lost weight without losing strength and without being hungry.  I know that Shakeology is giving me all of the nutrients my body needs, and has increased my energy, which has increased my workout intensity.
